Job summary

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) seeks a Senior Business Manager to partner with the VOIS CEO and GMT, driving strategic priorities and steering initiatives. The role blends strategic advisory, programme delivery and operational leadership to support the CEO Office transformation through AI-enabled approaches.

You will work with the GMT and Business Manager community, ensuring disciplined execution, structured plans and measurable outcomes across governance forums and leadership activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in fast-paced, complex organisations.
• Strong judgement, discretion and professionalism when engaging with executives.
• Proven ability to convert complex challenges into structured, actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and briefing material creation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to drive delivery of strategic priorities and provide insights and recommendations.
• Track progress against commitments, manage risks and resolve issues.
