• Experience in orthodontic and clear aligner sales.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clinicians and institutions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
• Experience in growth or commercial roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing Straumann Group customers and their Clear Aligner network to promote benefits and drive commercial transformation.
• Lead strategic plans aligning with organizational goals and maximize market opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute growth initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
