Ohme is accelerating the transition to clean energy with a hardware and software smart-grid platform for residential EV charging. The role leads corporate development, shaping long-term strategy and driving growth through acquisitions across geographies.

You will partner with the executive team, prepare boards and investor materials, and nurture cross-functional collaboration while delivering strategic initiatives in a fast-growing cleantech scale‑up.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a strategic role in a growth-oriented company.
• Proven track record of executing complex M&A and strategic transactions across multiple geographies.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape our long-term strategic direction by identifying transformative opportunities and drive company growth through acquisitions that expand our market presence.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership across functions.
• Define and refine the company’s long-term strategic vision in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Prepare strategic materials for board meetings, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization
