Job summary

Ohme is expanding its partnerships team in the United Kingdom. We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to build a strong partner pipeline, lead commercial negotiations and drive integrations across energy, EV charging and flexibility markets.

You’ll identify OEMs and device manufacturers, create compelling proposals, and collaborate with Product, Trading and Engineering to scale partnerships while delivering business value. Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in partnerships, business development or commercial sales.
• Experience in energy, e-mobility, flexibility or connected tech preferred.
• Track record building relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong commercial instincts with pipeline-building confidence.
• Interest in energy markets with ability to discuss integrations and APIs.
• Proactive, friendly communicator; builds trust across levels.
• Fluent English; another European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise potential partners including OEMs and device manufacturers.
• Build your own pipeline and develop relationships with partners.
• Lead conversations from outreach through commercial negotiation and scoping.
• Create propositions and business cases for working with Ohme.
• Collaborate with Product, Trading and Engineering on integrations.
• Identify new opportunities across flexibility and smart energy assets.
• Monitor energy market developments and translate to partnerships.
• Manage multiple opportunities and grow signed partnerships.
