Ohme is seeking a Strategy Manager to partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO, driving cross-functional strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. You will build business cases, models, and dashboards to inform executive decisions in a fast-growing cleantech environment.

This data-and-AI-focused role emphasizes collaboration across regions, operational excellence, and confidential handling of strategic information within a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years designing and implementing complex strategic projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building financial models or business cases.
• Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Data Services.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL or BI tools a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO to deliver company-wide initiatives.
• Lead the discovery of growth opportunities across international and domestic markets.
• Collaborate with the business and external sources to identify strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to building capabilities in Corporate Dev and Strategy team as well as the wider business.
• Identify and proactively solve strategic, technical, and operational problems.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and strategy documents for internal and external stakeholders.
