Ohme is seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to support the leadership team in strategic planning, FP&A and cross‑functional initiatives. This hybrid London role will own the FP&A agenda and drive key projects from day one across the organisation.
You will partner with stakeholders, design budgeting processes, monitor KPIs and prepare board-level materials. The position requires 7–10 years in analytics/strategy, strong Excel and PowerPoint, and SQL/BI experience.

As a Finance & Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Ohme's leadership team in strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, and executive decision-making. You will be part of the Corporate Development & Strategy team, which reports to the Chief of Staff. This role offers a unique vista across the organisation and an opportunity to influence high-impact projects from day one, owning the FP&A agenda and driving cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
