Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Bracknell, United Kingdom, is recruiting a Business Development Manager for HPE Networking to drive growth across Europe. You will shape business and marketing plans, coordinate with country, regional and global stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to execute vendor strategies.

You will oversee onboarding of new HPE Juniper portfolio, contribute to planning, forecasting and performance management, and engage with senior leadership to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Highly numerate with ability to interpret performance data.
• Strategic thinker translating market insight into executable plans.
• Experience leading or operating at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan to grow HPE Networking share across TD SYNNEX Europe.
• Own governance and cadence for measuring business growth with vendor HPE.
• Lead monthly business reviews and input to executives.
• Identify market growth opportunities across Datacenter Networking, Security, SMB, Campus, Branch, Routing and Services.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across HPE and TD SYNNEX at country, EMEA and global levels.
