Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Technical Presales Specialist to join our HPE technical team, covering Aruba, Juniper, and more, with roles in Bracknell and Warrington. You will design and configure technology solutions to meet client requirements and assist sales with BOMs and recommendations.

You’ll demonstrate expertise across HPE Datacentre, networking and security portfolios, answer technical inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation while building relationships with vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure technology solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Support sales by creating bills of materials and solution recommendations.
• Demonstrate expertise around the HPE Datacentre, networking and security portfolio.
• Respond to technical enquiries from co-workers, partners and customers.
• Provide a high level of customer service while meeting agreed service standards.
• Use internal and vendor tools to create accurate technical solutions.
• Build knowledge of vendor products, technologies and promotions.
• Support partner enablement activities and help drive solution adoption.
• Maintain technical documentation and resolver group ownership activities.
• Build relationships with vendor technical teams and industry contacts.
• Maintain /Gain HPE industry-recognised vendor accreditations and certifications.
• Gain exposure to implementation and post-sales technical services.
