Job summary

HSBC is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join Global Payment Solutions within Commercial Banking UK. You will drive revenue by originating leads and building strategic relationships with corporate clients across the GBP region, including the Midlands and North.

You will sell cash and clearing management solutions, collaborate with CMB and Product teams, and ensure compliant, efficient client experiences. HSBC offers tailored development opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales or Business Development experience in Banking is required.
• Ability to identify and meet customer needs with a broad range of products.
• Experience developing and executing business opportunities to meet client needs.
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking / Global Payment Solutions is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex clients to grow revenues domestically and internationally with GPS products.
• Develop new business by identifying needs and presenting solutions; travel to client premises.
• Coordinate with CMB, Product Development and Client Management to ensure a positive client experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage costs within plan.
• Lead and share insights with management and stakeholders and highlight challenges.
