HSBC is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Global Payment Solutions in the UK. Based from Birmingham or London, you will manage a portfolio of GPS clients, ensuring superior service locally and globally, and act as single point of contact for complex queries.

You will drive client satisfaction, oversee query management, and coordinate Treasury/Cash Management initiatives, contributing to commercial outcomes for GPS.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local and global cash management and clearing services, products and techniques.
• Proven ability to identify and meet customer needs by matching a broad range of products and services.
• Ability to understand a customer’s business and its fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of cash management risks and controls.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken, with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Manage liquidity and cash management for a portfolio of GPS clients.
• Retain annual revenue and drive growth through opportunities.
• Identify and deliver client service excellence locally and regionally; manage risks.
• Resolve assigned queries and oversee global/local query handling.
• Maintain client footprint with key information for a superior experience.
• Coordinate Treasury and Cash Management initiatives for clients.
