Job summary

Ohme is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data & AI to own how data and AI capabilities become customer and business value. You’ll lead end-to-end product areas, translate needs into clear requirements, and prioritise with a strict focus on impact.

You will work from our London office 3 days a week, partnering with engineering, data science and commercial teams to ship on a fast-paced AI-first journey. Strong prioritisation, strategic thinking and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with senior ownership of a product area.
• Demonstrable prioritisation discipline and ability to stop or park work.
• Commercially minded with focus on value, cost savings or revenue impact.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring order and ownership to complex areas.
• Technically fluent across modern data and AI, including data platforms, ML concepts, observability.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own the roadmap for Ohme's data and AI products, translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Translate needs from business and internal teams into clear requirements and outcomes.
• Make evidence-based prioritisation calls balancing quick wins and platform investments.
• Define success metrics and drive alignment with engineering and leadership to measurable impact.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to ship end-to-end products and maintain backlog.
