Ohme is seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to support the leadership team in strategic planning, FP&A and cross‑functional initiatives. This hybrid London role will own the FP&A agenda and drive key projects from day one across the organisation.

You will partner with stakeholders, design budgeting processes, monitor KPIs and prepare board-level materials. The position requires 7–10 years in analytics/strategy, strong Excel and PowerPoint, and SQL/BI experience.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience in an analytical, strategic or commercial role.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across teams.
• Commercial mindset with comfort in high ambiguity and fast-paced growth.
• Proven project leadership from scoping to execution.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/BI experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Business Partnering: advise stakeholders and shape commercial decisions.
• Own budgeting and resource planning end-to-end; track spend and identify risks/opportunities.
• Lead FP&A processes, systems and data infrastructure improvements as the company scales.
• Define and monitor KPIs; own leadership updates and reporting.
• Produce presentations, dashboards and strategy documents for Board-level material.
• Conduct financial, strategic and market analysis on energy/EV trends.
