FJN Growth Solutions seeks a Development Executive to identify, target, and convert new SME to mid-corporate insurance opportunities in the UK. You will focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions to grow the branch's income and reputation.

In this role you will generate leads, meet clients to assess risks, present bespoke coverage, and collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to quote accurately.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or broking.
• Cert CII or higher (or willingness to work toward qualification).
• A strong network or knowledge of the Sussex, Surrey, or Kent commercial market is advantageous.
• Understanding of general commercial lines including property, liability, D&O, PI, cyber, and fleet.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed income and growth targets through new client acquisition.
• Conduct client meetings to assess risks and insurance requirements, presenting bespoke solutions aligned to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Account Handlers and Placement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotes and documentation.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records via CRM and report on progress regularly to the Branch Director.
• Represent the business professionally in the local business community, events, and networking forums.
• Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activity, and underwriting appetite to capitalise on opportunities.
