NJR Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive with insurance sector involvement to help win new business and build long-term partnerships. You will work with the Business Development Manager to generate opportunities across brokers and direct channels, manage the sales pipeline and drive conversions.

The role emphasises relationship-building, negotiation and proactive prospecting, with a target-driven approach and clear career progression within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across insurance broker and direct channels.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact to conversion.
• Build relationships with brokers, intermediaries and clients.
• Present solutions and negotiate commercially.
