Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Business Development Director (Private Sector) in London, hybrid role. You will lead client engagement, create strategies to win integrated facilities services, and drive growth by targeting senior decision-makers across key sectors.

You will build executive-level relationships, develop a robust pipeline, and work with operational and commercial teams to meet customer objectives. Travel and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
• Deep knowledge of UK facilities management and outsourcing marketplace.
• Strong ability to map stakeholders and influence buying decisions.
• Experience building executive-level relationships with key accounts.
• Track record of developing and delivering growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a targeted business development strategy to secure new key accounts in sectors including Banking, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Technology, Life Sciences, and Corporate Real Estate.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Procurement Directors, Workplace Leaders and Property Executives.
• Create and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities aligned to growth objectives.
• Lead strategic customer engagement from initial contact through to qualification and bid mobilisation.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking activities to strengthen market presence.
