Job summary

EY seeks a Business Development Associate Director for Government & Infrastructure to lead the sales strategy and pursue opportunities within the public sector. You will work with the Industry Leader to shape growth plans, manage relationships with government stakeholders, and drive end-to-end deal execution.

Ideal candidates will have extensive government sector experience, a proven track record in selling to agencies, and strong negotiation and proposal skills to win strategic engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted BD strategies for accounts.

• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to closure.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and legal.
