Job summary

The successful candidate will analyze pay equity, benchmark practices, and ensure compliance with regional regulations while supporting talent planning and performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience across reward, benefits and mobility in a matrixed People team.
• Familiar with employment legislation and People policy frameworks.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed global reward principles aligned with firm strategy.
• Lead benchmarking and pay positioning across regions.
• Coordinate salary governance and performance-linked pay globally.
• Support global mobility framework and secondments programs.
• Provide clear reward reporting to ExCo and Board.
