Job summary

Belmond is seeking an experienced Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the Human Resources team, based at our London office. You will shape policy, lead annual reviews, and oversee UK payroll while collaborating with finance and HR across Europe, South America, Africa and Asia.

You will drive salary benchmarking, job mapping, wellbeing initiatives and global mobility programs, ensuring a fair pay framework and engaging rewards across Belmond’s global properties.

• Advanced Excel capability and data analysis.

• Experience with salary benchmarking, job evaluation and survey methods.
• Experience in international benefits programmes.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Curious mindset with continuous improvement.
• UK payroll oversight is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support global compensation and benefits policies and programmes.
• Lead the annual compensation review process and bonus activity.
• Oversee salary benchmarking and market data participation.
• Support job mapping and job levelling across the business.
• Advise on salary and benefits proposals for senior roles.
• Support global mobility and executive share plan processes.
• Contribute to Belmond's fair pay initiatives across the business.
• Monitor pay transparency developments and related reporting.
• Coach HR teams on compensation and benefits topics.
• Recommend and support benefits initiatives with local HR teams.
• Manage Discovering Belmond employee product programme.
• Support wellbeing initiatives linked to reward principles.
• Oversee UK payroll activity for UK entities.
• Supervise UK Payroll Manager and assist CB Analyst when applicable.
