Job summary

Belmond Uk Ltd is seeking an experienced Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead and shape the reward strategy across its international business. Based in London, you will work with HR and Finance to manage benchmarking, pay reviews, incentive schemes and benefits while overseeing UK payroll for the UK entities.

You will report to the Global Head of Reward and HRIS and collaborate across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia, driving a fair pay approach and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering global reward programmes.
• Strong data analysis and benchmarking capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Finance and business units.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, job evaluation and survey methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support global compensation and benefits policies and programmes.
• Lead annual pay review and bonus activity.
• Oversee salary benchmarking and market data participation.
• Support job mapping and job levelling across the business.
• Assist with global mobility and executive share plan processes.
