Qualifications

Experience in a compensation, reward or HR analyst role.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with high accuracy.
Hands-on experience of pay review, bonus and benchmarking processes.
Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, including across international offices.
Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day administration of reward and compensation programmes for business services staff and fee earners.
Support annual pay review and bonus cycles, including data preparation and validation.
Benchmarking and market pricing analysis using salary survey data.
Prepare reward analysis, reporting and recommendations for HR and senior stakeholders.
Support the global reward team with international initiatives and projects.
