Spider is recruiting for a Key Account Manager/Brand Partnership Manager in Little Blakenham, Suffolk. This full-time, permanent, office-based role offers the chance to build and co-manage your own client portfolio.

You will manage relationships, identify opportunities and secure new business across European road, sea, air, rail and multimodal transport. Salary £27,000-£38,000 plus 20% commission on profit for the lifetime of each client.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding sales experience is desirable but not essential.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with importers, exporters, procurement teams and decision-makers.
• Identify and secure new freight forwarding business.
• Develop transport solutions based on customer supply chains.
• Prepare and present freight quotations and proposals.
• Manage your own sales pipeline, activity and targets.
• Attend customer meetings and industry events.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth handovers and service.
• Grow customer relationships and uncover additional opportunities.
