Job summary

C4 Logistics Limited is expanding its sales team and seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to grow European road freight accounts. You will source new regular customers, onboard them, and drive profitability across existing portfolios, with full ownership of the sales cycle from qualification to closing.

The role offers flexibility to work fully remotely or hybrid from our Coventry HQ, with standard hours Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within logistics, supply chain management, or global freight forwarding.
• Self-driven to achieve targets and deliver revenue growth.
• Experience with importing/exporting requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Locate, identify, develop and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a personal prospect pipeline of quality leads.
• Understand customer needs and position our road freight solutions accordingly.
• Manage and record sales activity and the sales process through the CRM system.
• On-board new clients and grow gross profit to hit revenue targets.
