SF Partners are recruiting an FP&A Manager for an established, international business with a significant UK operation based in Coventry. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and three-year planning, develop reporting frameworks and partner with senior stakeholders to drive profitability and continuous improvement.

The role requires a qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills and a proactive, hands-on approach across strategic and operational levels.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with FP&A/commercial finance or performance management background.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis and management reporting capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and three-year financial planning.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility of performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge performance and improve profitability.
• Deliver financial modelling, scenario planning and investment appraisals.
• Lead FP&A team development and provide proactive finance support to leadership.
