Job summary

Inforcer is seeking a talented FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner to join our team in the UK. You will own financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering to help leaders understand performance and drive profitable growth.

Lead budgeting, long-range planning, and build robust financial models for pricing and investment decisions. You will partner with senior stakeholders and deliver insightful reporting to influence data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting.
• Strong modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with planning/reporting systems.
• Desirable: SaaS/technology, international exposure; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across assigned business areas.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions, pricing, resource planning, and growth initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance; identify trends, risks, opportunities, and report KPIs.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and scenario analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide commercial financial advice.
• Build relationships across departments to manage budgets and costs.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for visibility and growth.
• Support month-end close with variance analysis and reporting.
