Job summary

RECfinancial partners with a well-established family-owned services business to recruit an FP&A Manager in Leicester. You’ll report to the Finance Director and drive budgeting, forecasting and commercial insight to support growth.

The role blends financial planning with business partnering, including staffing cost analysis, margin reviews and profitability improvement opportunities. Hybrid working with two days in the Leicester office is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with strong FP&A/management accounting background.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the business.
• Own cash flow forecasting and monthly management reporting including board packs.
• Partner with operational managers to analyse staffing costs, margins and profitability.
• Drive improvements to financial reporting processes and management information for strategic decision-making.
