Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) or near-qualification with strong IFRS knowledge.
• Solid experience in preparing monthly management accounts and variance analyses.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with challenging assumptions and risk/opportunity identification.
• Provide financial insights and KPI reporting to guide operational decisions.
• Build relationships as a trusted FP&A partner and support cost control initiatives.
• Maintain strong financial controls and assist with audits and compliance.
