Job summary

Frontier Economics in London is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, delivering forward-looking insights to support commercial decisions.

You will work closely with the CFO and Practice Leaders to drive performance, develop KPIs and automate reporting using Workday and Power BI. This is a pivotal role across our Finance function and European offices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with a grasp of commercial drivers.
• Experience preparing financial reporting and presenting insights to senior leadership teams.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Workday and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Executive Committee and Board reporting packs with accurate, timely financial information.
• Deliver financial analysis, commentary and presentations to support senior leadership decisions.
• Partner with CFO and Finance Director to identify risks, opportunities and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and management information to improve business visibility.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, developing models for revenue, headcount, utilization and cash flow.
• Provide scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic planning and improve forecast accuracy.
• Improve planning processes through automation and consistency across functions.
• Own financial performance reporting across Practices, including P&Ls and key metrics.
