Job summary

We Do Group in Farnborough is seeking an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for a fast-paced consumer business.

You'll build financial models, challenge assumptions and provide insightful management information to senior stakeholders, shaping investment decisions and business planning for the future.

3 days in the office with clear ownership and opportunity to influence the business's future performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong FP&A experience at Manager or Senior Analyst level.
• Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and FP&A systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-term planning.
• Build and develop financial models, forecasts and scenario tools.
• Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Identify key financial risks, opportunities and drivers.
• Provide meaningful management information and commercial insight.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, commercial and operations.
• Support strategic planning, investments and business cases.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting processes and visibility.
• Challenge assumptions and influence business decisions.
• Drive FP&A processes and systems improvements.
