Placements24 is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning from a Randburg base with hybrid work options. The role emphasizes advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and insightful board-ready reporting for senior leadership.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, CA(SA)/CIMA/CFA preferred, and at least 7 years in FP&A with 3 in management. Strong Excel, BI tools, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification CA(SA), CIMA or CFA highly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years FP&A experience with at least 3 in a management role.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes annually.
• Develop advanced financial models for strategic planning.
• Analyze performance vs budget and forecast, explain variances.
• Prepare management reports and board presentations.
• Perform scenario analysis and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with business units to understand financial needs.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and reporting tools.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights on trends.
• Support due diligence for strategic initiatives.
• Mentor the FP&A team and foster high performance.
