Job summary

Podium Search - Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, delivering analysis that influences business performance across multiple functions.

You will own the annual budgeting cycle, develop financial models and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. This role partners with commercial, operational and technology teams and reports to senior leadership during a pivotal growth phase.

Qualifications

• Previous FP&A experience within a technology, software, SaaS or high-growth environment
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• The ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights
• A proactive mindset and desire to influence decision-making

Responsibilities

• Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Delivering insightful management reporting and performance analysis
