LCP, a tech-enabled consultancy, seeks an FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and analytics within the finance team. You will collaborate with the Head of FP&A and divisional finance colleagues to deliver robust insights for confident decision-making.

This role focuses on building financial models, automating processes, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders in a partnership-driven environment.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with strong financial modelling experience.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting.
• Ability to build and explain models to non-finance audiences.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive action.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budgeting and medium-term planning with finance teams.
• Maintain rolling forecast including P&L, revenue, EBITDA and cash flow.
• Develop models covering division revenue, headcount costs and investments.
• Prepare scenario analyses and sensitivity testing for decisions.
• Partner across divisions to communicate performance and outlook.
• Assist with due diligence and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Develop FP&A systems, automate reporting, and improve data quality.
