Frontier Economics is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting within our Finance team. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver forward-looking analysis and drive improvements in financial reporting, systems and BI.

You will work closely with CFO and Practice Leaders to shape commercial decisions, develop KPIs, and automate reporting to enhance efficiency and insight across the firm.

Qualifications

• Significant FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytics skills with understanding of business drivers.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership teams.
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with Workday and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasts and longer-term financial planning.
• Develop models for revenue, headcount, utilisation, pricing, profitability and cash flow.
• Provide scenario and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisions.
• Improve planning processes through automation and standardisation.
• Own financial performance reporting across Practices and KPIs.
