Job summary

Butler Rose Ltd is partnering with a high-growth business to appoint a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, cashflow forecasting, KPI reporting and commercial analysis, influencing strategy with senior leadership.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will build financial models, manage a small FP&A team and partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance improvements in a PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 5+ years FP&A experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to improve processes, reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Produce monthly management accounts, MI and Board packs.
• Deliver meaningful KPI reporting and performance analysis.
• Own cashflow forecasting and lender reporting.
• Build business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance improvements.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team.
