Job summary

KennedyPearce Consulting Ltd is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for a senior leadership role within the Finance function, with direct exposure to the CFO, SLT, Board and investors. You will own the FP&A agenda, lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, and deliver board-ready reporting.

The role also drives reporting quality, data integrity and automation while developing the FP&A team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of FP&A experience, including leading an FP&A function.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to produce board-level and senior management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the organisation.
• Develop and deliver reporting for Board, investors and management.
• Drive cash flow, working capital and profitability forecasting and scenario planning.
