Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the finance function, partnering with the CFO and senior leaders to steer strategic planning and financial stewardship. This pivotal role shapes long-term direction through robust budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

You will build financial models, drive investment appraisal, and champion continuous improvement across reporting and systems while developing a high-performing team and a culture of accountability

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) and strong FP&A experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders and deliver business partnering insights.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.

• Partner with operational and executive stakeholders across the business.
