Job summary

Butler Rose is seeking an accomplished finance leader to oversee forward-looking finance activity and turn data into actionable guidance. This role partners with senior leaders to shape strategy and drive performance.

You will manage an established FP&A team, introduce straightforward planning, analysis and internal reporting, and work across the business to translate numbers into practical decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Senior FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Experience leading a finance team
• Ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
• Comfort with ambiguity and strategic partnering

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, in-year outlooks and multi-year projections
• Create dashboards and analysis that explain results and trends
• Provide evidence-based guidance on proposals
• Assess financial case for investments and transformation
• Coach a team of FBP working with operational leaders
• Simplify finance processes and enhance reporting systems
• Build relationships with stakeholders and third parties
• Occasionally stand in for senior finance contact
