Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the group FP&A and Commercial Finance functions. You will deliver long-range forecasts, financial planning, modelling and analytics, and guide strategic initiatives with a data-driven advisory approach.

You will manage a global FP&A team, partner with the Executive team, drive business improvement projects, and oversee corporate transactions from scoping to post-implementation review.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong FP&A experience across planning, forecasting and analytics.
• Experience delivering long-range forecasts and business planning.
• Experience with corporate transactions and post-implementation reviews.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead group FP&A and Commercial Finance functions globally.
• Deliver outputs for long-range forecasts, planning, modelling and analytics.
• Partner with the Executive team to drive data-driven decision making.
• Manage and develop the FP&A team across locations.
• Oversee corporate transactions and related evaluations.
• Drive business improvement initiatives and project management.
