DataCareers is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a high-performing finance function across a complex organisation. You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will shape the finance function during a period of transformation, managing a team and delivering robust governance and insightful management information.

Formación

• CCAB-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CIPFA).
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience producing board-level or executive management reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budgeting and medium-term financial planning process.
• Manage monthly forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Produce high-quality executive dashboards and management reports.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and business case development.
• Provide expert financial advice to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Oversee capital budgets, project finances, and investment appraisal activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement activities and value-for-money initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Finance Business Partners and Procurement professionals.
