Insight Recruitment Solutions Limited is recruiting a driven individual to join a leading global (re)insurance organisation in London. The role leverages FP&A/strategy experience within the Lloyd's/London market to shape the Portfolio Management function.

You will coordinate strategic initiatives, support leadership planning, and develop concise, data-driven briefings for senior leaders, collaborating across Underwriting, Portfolio Management and Global Services to drive alignment and execution.

Formación

• Experience in FP&A/strategy within the Lloyd's/London insurance market.
• Coordinate and track strategic initiatives, capital planning, and model management.
• Develop presentation materials and briefing documents for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Portfolio Management and Global Services.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and track strategic initiatives with clear timelines.
• Support leadership engagement through quarterly planning and off-sites.
• Liaise across Underwriting, Portfolio Management and Global Services.
• Present data-driven recommendations to drive strategic execution.
