Job summary

Clear Group, a growing London Markets insurance business, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join at an exciting stage of its journey. You will work closely with the Finance & M&A Director, the Group FP&A function and senior leaders to influence strategic decisions and drive performance.

This highly visible role will shape forecasting, planning and reporting, support M&A activity and embed best-practice FP&A processes across the newly established Group FP&A structure while partnering with

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• Experience in Lloyd’s and London Market insurance.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting and modelling expertise.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI capability.
• The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Influence strategic decision-making through meaningful financial insight and analysis.
• Partner directly with CEOs and senior leaders across the London Markets pillar.
• Support M&A activity, business integration and value creation initiatives.
• Shape financial performance, investment decisions and growth strategies.
• Enhance forecasting, planning and reporting capabilities across the business.
• Help build and embed best-practice FP&A processes within a newly established Group FP&A structure.
• Gain exposure to senior stakeholders and business-critical projects.
