Pacific Life Re is seeking a Senior FP&A Financial Accountant in London to deliver high-quality financial planning, analysis and insights to support decision-making. This hands-on role emphasizes collaboration with finance and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent and 3+ years' post-qualification FP&A experience, with strong Excel and Power BI skills and a passion for process improvement and data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional designation is preferred.
• Typically 3+ years of post-qualification FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance experience.
• Experience with planning systems and data extraction is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support development and maintenance of division planning processes including budgets and forecasts.
• Deliver planning outputs to provide transparency into performance and risks for senior leaders.
• Conduct variance, profitability, and scenario analyses to inform decisions.
• Build relationships with divisional expense functions and business teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities within financial results and forecasts with solid analysis.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and KPIs to track performance.
