Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in London is seeking an experienced FP&A Vice President/Principal to lead planning, forecasting and financial analysis for Group Finance. You will drive the annual budget, business plan updates and monthly management reporting, while partnering with senior stakeholders to explain performance and key drivers.

The role offers broad exposure to senior leadership across the firm and opportunities to shape FP&A processes, systems and data quality as part of Finance

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A, financial reporting or planning for senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead elements of FP&A processes including annual budget and business plan updates.
• Maintain and develop forecasting outputs and scenario analyses.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reporting for senior management and the Board.
• Identify improvements to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
