Job summary

Insight Recruitment Solutions Limited is recruiting a driven individual to join a leading global (re)insurance organisation in London. The role leverages FP&A/strategy experience within the Lloyd's/London market to shape the Portfolio Management function.

You will coordinate strategic initiatives, support leadership planning, and develop concise, data-driven briefings for senior leaders, collaborating across Underwriting, Portfolio Management and Global Services to drive alignment and execution.

A unique opportunity for a driven individual to join a leading global (re)insurance organisation in London.

Our client is seeking someone with experience of working in a financial FP&A/strategy/similar role within the Lloyd's/London insurance market. You will support the design, coordination and implementation of operational priorities that shape the strategic direction of the Portfolio Management function, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and enhance strategic execution across the business.

The role covers three main areas: coordinating and tracking strategic initiatives (including capital planning and model management activity, project documentation, timelines and stakeholder updates); supporting leadership engagement through off-sites, quarterly planning meetings and other portfolio and capital forums, while acting as a liaison across Underwriting, Portfolio Management and Global Services; and developing clear, compelling presentation materials and briefing documents for senior leadership, applying structured thinking to break down complex business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
