Lloyd’s in London is seeking an FP&A Analyst to turn financial information into practical insight. You’ll support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management across Lloyd’s Corporation, producing accurate analysis and helping leaders understand performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, management accounting or finance business partnering within a complex organisation.
• Practical experience supporting budgets, forecasts and performance reporting.
• Ability to turn financial data into clear analysis and meaningful commentary.
• Strong analytical skills, including identifying trends and drawing evidence-based conclusions.
• Confidence working with stakeholders and raising issues when needed.
• Good organisation and prioritisation skills to manage competing deadlines.
• Sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Understanding budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance management.
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with expense management or cost-driver analysis is useful; familiarity with Anaplan/Workday helps.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, monthly forecasts and medium-term planning.
• Maintain inputs, prepare analysis and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
• Analyse activity, cost drivers and delivery plans to identify movements and opportunities.
• Produce clear performance reporting and commentary explaining variances and trends.
• Support Finance partners in presentation production.
• Apply planning principles, controls, timelines and standards across month-end, forecasting and budgeting.
• Build relationships across Finance and the wider business to explain performance and priorities.
• Support reporting for Finance leadership, the Executive Team and Lloyd’s Council.
