Job summary

Capital One (Europe) plc is seeking a Finance (FP&A) Analyst in Nottingham with hybrid working. The role supports monthly and quarterly reporting, executive insights and portfolio analysis, partnering with US stakeholders and Finance teams.

3 in-office days (Tue-Thu) with two remote days; strong data and automation focus will be essential. You’ll work with OneStream/Workday and MS Office to deliver accurate financials, performance insights, and clear communications for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A and executive reporting.
• Strong ability to analyse financial and non-financial data.
• Experience with monthly/quarterly closes.
• Stakeholder engagement across teams.
• Proficient with data tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Synthesising and simplifying financial and non-financial data.
• Supporting in production of Month End reports; feeding into MFR meetings and other reporting requirements.
• Supporting delivery of Quarterly Financial reviews and other monthly/quarterly tasks with quality and deadlines.
• Supporting ad hoc reporting requests from leadership.
• Developing reporting to monitor performance against targets and support forecasts and budgets.
• Ensuring reporting reflects the most up-to-date information.
• Supporting in depth analysis into portfolio to drive financial insights.
