Job summary

Capital One Europe is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive executive reporting, portfolio insights, and finance partnership. You will deliver key messages to senior stakeholders and collaborate with US teams to ensure accurate, timely financial messaging.

You’ll produce month-end outputs, support quarterly reviews and ad hoc requests, and help enhance reporting through new data and automation. This hybrid Nottingham/London role offers professional growth and a supportive finance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles (P&L, budget, forecast).
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong communication to stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and apply new technologies (Python/SQL, Snowflake, AI tools).
• Ability to partner with US stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and simplify financial and non-financial data.
• Assist in Month End reporting and MFR meetings.
• Support Quarterly Financial reviews and monthly tasks.
• Assist ad hoc reporting for leadership.
• Develop reports to monitor performance vs targets and forecasts.
