Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd is seeking an exceptional Senior FP&A Analyst to join our global gifting and swag platform. Reporting to the CFO, you will own planning, forecasting, and turn data into actionable insights across multiple entities and currencies.

You will work with NetSuite, Salesforce, and other tools to automate reporting, build scalable models, and support strategic decisions in a fast-moving international business.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling skills with driver-based forecasting.
• Ability to build or work with integrated financial models.
• Proven ability to translate analysis into recommendations and actions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the consolidated operating model and rolling P&L and cash forecasts across entities and revenue streams.
• Own the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand performance and drive work to completion.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and materials for board/investors, turning data into insights.
• Analyse unit economics and margins by revenue stream to support pricing and investments.
• Define and maintain definitions for key metrics, reconciling to monthly financials.
• Calculate sales commissions and support commission plan design/review.
• Provide transaction analysis for tax decisions, VAT, US sales tax thresholds.
• Maintain dashboards and self-service reporting, and partner on data/integrations.
• Improve forecasting/reporting using AI and automation.
