Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an exceptional Senior FP&A Analyst to help understand performance, forecast the future, and inform better business decisions. Reporting to the CFO, you will own core planning and forecasting, turn data into insights, and partner with leaders across the business to drive performance.

Your impact spans multi-entity, multi-currency planning, operating models, and KPI definitions, with a focus on automation, AI, and actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A or similar analytical finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling and driver-based forecasting skills.
• Ability to connect operational metrics to financial results and the GL.

Responsibilities

• Build consolidated operating model and rolling P&L and cash forecasts across entities.
• Own annual budget and quarterly forecasts with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand performance and drive initiatives.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and board materials with insights.
• Analyze unit economics by revenue stream to inform pricing and investments.
• Define consistent metrics (ARR, retention, margin) and reconcile to financials.
• Support commissions design and VAT/tax decision analyses.
• Maintain dashboards and automate forecasting and reporting.
