Job summary

RedCompass Labs is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to partner with the CFO and leadership, developing robust planning models and management reporting. You will work with NetSuite, Power BI and advanced Excel to translate data into actionable insights across global operations.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and improve financial processes in a fast-growing payments technology environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years' experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting.
• Strong accounting background with NetSuite or equivalent ERP.

Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a global multi-entity business.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to inform decisions.
• Deliver management reporting, KPI dashboards, and board-level analysis.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Delivery, Product, and Operations to improve performance.
• Analyse revenue, profitability, headcount, utilization and cash to identify opportunities and risks.
• Own and enhance reporting using NetSuite, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
