Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd in London is seeking an exceptional Senior FP&A Analyst to own core planning, forecasting, and actionable insights across our SaaS and wallet businesses. Reporting to the CFO, you will build rolling P&L models, manage budgets, and partner with sales, operations, and product to drive performance.

You’ll leverage NetSuite/Salesforce, automate processes with AI, and deliver clear board-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of FP&A or analytical finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling and driver-based forecasting.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience partnering with non-finance teams.
• ERP/CRM experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the consolidated operating model and rolling P&L and cash forecasts across entities and revenue streams.
• Own the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, with clear analysis of performance, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Work directly with leaders and budget holders across the business to understand performance, challenge assumptions, solve problems, and drive work through completion.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and board and investor materials, turning financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Analyze unit economics and margin by revenue stream to support pricing, deal, investment, and other commercial decisions.
• Define and maintain consistent definitions for key business metrics, including ARR, retention, and margin by revenue stream, ensuring they reconcile to reported financials each month.
• Calculate sales commissions and support the design and review of commission plans.
• Provide transaction analysis to support tax decisions, including VAT registrations and disclosures, and US sales tax thresholds.
• Maintain accurate dashboards and self-service performance reporting for budget holders and leadership, partnering with our business systems team on data and integrations.
• Improve and automate forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, using AI and other tools to increase the speed and quality of our work.
